Our apartments are situated on the water-front in close proximity to the centre of a seaside resort, Rabac. The unique location makes the apartments special. The seafront flats are distant enough from summer crowds for those who want to give themselves up to the sea and sun, yet only a few steps away from all amenities and the centre of the town, so called Riva, where gastronomic delights await you. We offer a memorable experience and an unforgettable feeling of falling asleep listening to the sounds of waves and waking up by the reflection of the sun on the sea.

Rabac

Rabac is the major tourist resort on the eastern coast of the Istrian Peninsula, some 40 kilometers away from Pula and only five kilometers from Labin. Situated in Kvarner Bay, at the foot of towering slopes protecting the town and also ensuring a mild Mediterranean climate, Rabac can justly claim the title of "the Pearl of Kvarner". Vacation & activities

If you find yourself wishing for something else to do besides swimming and sunbathing, you can choose from a variety of activities. You can go for walks along the seaside promenade or discover the beauties of the countryside, enjoy water sports or the rich gastronomic specialities. We believe that everyone will find something for themselves and experience emotions to be cherished forever.

Activities

In addition to swimming and sunbathing nearby, on a beautiful beach, which was proclaimed as the best and the most beautiful Croatian beach, we recommend a variety of activities to choose from. The following are only some activities we will gladly help organise for you: walking along the eastern coast of Istria, bike rides, scuba diving in the crystal clear sea of the Kvarner bay, fishing etc. Or, you can rent a boat in the cove „Maslinica“ and discover „a private bay for a day“. There are tennis courts, football fields, a basketball court and mini golf near the apartments. For a perfect end of „an active day“ we recommend fish dinner in one of the nearby restaurants, or if you had a successful fishing day, you can prepare the fish that you caught.

A complete sensation

If you are looking for unique experiences, the peculiar location of our apartments will satisfy all your needs. A stroll through the streets of the old medieval town of Labin, that will bring you back to the old times, is absolutely a must, or you can just drift away in the countryside of our beautiful peninsula and taste our rich regional cuisine in one of many homesteads. We are sure that you will get home filled with positive emotions and memories that will last forever. The excellent position right on the water-front ensures that you enjoy the sun and sea without having to use your car to drive to the beach as everything is within reach. Just a few metres under the apartments there is a beautiful coast where you can find „your own cliff“ or you can take a stroll to the beautiful gravel beach which is very suitable for beginner swimmers. For the complete experience we recommend you go on a boat trip to the nearby islands. It will be an unforgettable experience that the whole family will happily remember.

Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Besitzer kümmern sich sofort, sofern man einen Wunsch hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage, die Ausstattung der Wohnung und auch die Angaben zur näheren Umgebung der Wohnung haben die Erwartungen voll erfüllt.

Eine sehr ansprechende Unterkunft in Top Lage, wer Ruhe sucht, findet diese hier nur bedingt. Mit einem Boot erreicht man ruhigere Gefilde. In der Hauptsaison gut für Familien geeignet. Handtücher sollte man sich mitbringen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Bucht, direkt an der Promenade gelegen. Das Frühstück auf der großen Terrasse mit Meerblick ein Genuss. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch die freundliche Vermieterin gut organisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles in allem ok. Ausstattung gut. Aussicht toll. Ort- nein danke. Leider haben wir etwas vergessen. Andere Vermieter schicken das kostenlos hinterher. Da leider nicht. Aber mein Fehler!!Wasser lief sowohl in Dusche wie auch Waschbecken schlecht ab.

Die Lage der FeWo war einfach mega und sie war auch freundlich eingerichtet. Auf Grund der Hellhörigkeit empfehle ich Filzkleber unter den Stuhlbeinen (das war schon sehr laut wenn Stühle geschoben wurden). Weiter fehlte uns ein Toaster für Toastbrot. Und leider war die Aussicht auf's Meer durch den Olivenbaum ein wenig eingeschränkt. Aber sonst war alles wirklich toll und M. war sehr reizend. Wir können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir hatten eine super tolle Wohnung, die komplett neu renoviert war. Direkt am Wasser, so dass man früh gleich schwimmen konnte. Wir hatten sogar ein zweites WC. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und am Telefon immer und sofort erreichbar. Ein Elektrogrill war ebenfalls vorhanden. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Bardzo przyjemny, wygodny i w pełni wyposażony apartament ze słonecznym tarasem i przepięknym widokiem. Bezpośrednio nad morzem. Bezpośrednie zejście przez taras i możliwość kąpieli. Blisko plaży i centrum, a jednocześnie cicho i spokojnie. Bardzo mili gospodarze.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön - Zentrumspartei und trotzdem für Nachsaison und den trotzdem vorhandenen vielen Urlaubern ruhig. Haben uns von der ersten Minute an sofort heimisch gefühlt. Die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen und relaxen ein. Vermieterin hat sich bei Reklamation (Sonnenschirm war defekt) umgehend gekümmert. Kann man nur empfehlen! Gerne mal wieder!
